We are so thrilled and proud for our three finalists for the Governor General's Literary Awards! Amanda Parris's Other Side of the Game and Hannah Moscovitch's What a Young Wife Ought to Know are finalists for the Governor General's Literary Award for Drama, while Linda Gaboriau's translation of Wajdi Mouawad's Birds of a Kind is a finalist for Translation.

The Governor General's Literary Awards are administered by the Canada Council for the Arts, honouring excellence in Canadian literature. Winners receive $25,000. Last year, Botticelli in the Fire & Sunday in Sodom by Jordan Tannahill took home the Drama award.

For the month of October, enjoy this year's finalists at 25% off, only on our website!

Winners will be revealed on October 29. Visit ggbooks.ca for more details. Share your excitement and congratulations with #ggbooks!
