Anne Nothof
Anne Nothof is Professor of English
at Athabasca University in Alberta, where she has developed and taught
undergraduate and post-graduate distance education courses in literature
and drama. She has published critical essays on British and Canadian
theatre in journals and books, and edited collections of essays and
plays for Guernica, NeWest, and Playwrights Canada Press. She is a board
member at NeWest Press and Athabasca University Press, and past president
of the Canadian Association for Theatre Research. For twelve years she
hosted a weekly radio programme on drama, and developed a television
series on world theatre. More recently she has assumed the editorial
responsibility for the Canadian Theatre Encyclopedia.
